- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible surgery receptionists can't get repeat prescriptions right. Medical secretaries can't remember your name. Never give you information about appointments. They cannot even follow consultants instructions. If you complain all you get is a letter with an address and phone number of odbudsman. Di not try get painkillers they are a definate no no.
